These terms govern the services provided by The Lead Sentry ("we," "us," "our"), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], to you ("you," "the client"). By booking a call, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to them.

What we provide

We design, build, and install a lead-response automation system inside your existing tools, and — if you subscribe to The Watch — we monitor and maintain it on an ongoing basis. The exact scope is what's described at purchase and agreed on your kickoff call.

Eligibility

Our services are intended for businesses and for individuals who are at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the business they represent. The service is not directed to children and is not intended for personal or household use. By booking a call, purchasing, or using the service, you confirm you meet these requirements.

How your system is built

Your system is built using third-party workflow automation software (n8n) alongside the apps and services you already use. Wherever possible it runs inside your own accounts and hosting, and you own and retain access to it. We provide a build, configuration, and management service on top of that software — we do not resell the software itself, and our fees reflect our work rather than a license to the underlying tools. You are responsible for the costs and terms of any third-party accounts and services your system relies on.

Payment

Pricing is tiered by how many lead flows you need. The plan that applies to you is the one agreed at purchase and on your kickoff call.

Our delivery commitment

We aim to have your system live within 5 business days of receiving everything we need from you (access to your tools, your details, and answers to our setup questions). If we fail to deliver a working system within that window for reasons within our control, you may request a full refund of the setup fee. Delays caused by missing access or information from you are not covered by this commitment.

Your responsibilities

Cancellation

You can cancel The Watch at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once the system is delivered, except under the delivery commitment above.

Your data and accounts

Your automations run inside your own accounts, and you own your leads and your data. We claim no ownership of them and won't sell or reuse them; we access them only as needed to build, test, and maintain your system. You are responsible for the data you collect and process through the system — including making sure you have any consent you need, and that your use complies with applicable laws, such as those governing how leads and contacts may be messaged (for example, rules on calls, texts, and email marketing) and applicable privacy laws. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from data you collect or send through your system in breach of those laws. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

We provide the services with reasonable care, but we don't guarantee specific business results, uninterrupted operation of third-party tools, or that automated replies will fit every situation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the [3] months before the claim.

Governing law
